1. Terms & Conditions

  • All quotations and offers are subject to confirmation by suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Prices are indicative until a formal purchase order and payment terms are agreed.
  • Vendoro Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For contracts executed within the GCC or Africa, Vendoro Global LLC reserves the right to elect the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Procurement Disclaimer

  • Product availability, pricing, and lead times are subject to change due to global market conditions.
  • Vendoro acts as a sourcing intermediary and does not manufacture goods.
  • Final delivery schedules depend on supplier readiness, logistics, and customs clearance.

3. Anti-Corruption & Compliance Policy

  • Vendoro Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, fraud, or unethical conduct.
  • All employees, agents, and suppliers must comply with international anti-bribery laws (including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and UAE anti-corruption laws).
  • Any suspected misconduct will result in immediate termination of cooperation and possible legal reporting.

4. Export Control & Sanctions Disclaimer

  • All sourcing and shipments are subject to U.S., UAE, and international export control regulations.
  • Vendoro does not engage in trade with sanctioned countries, organizations, or individuals.
  • Restricted products (dual-use, defense, medical, or sensitive technology) may require export licenses.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are accepted via approved business accounts.
  • Deposits and client-funded tender submissions are non-refundable once executed.
  • Payment terms (e.g., 30/70 or 50/50) are agreed case-by-case and must be honored in full.
  • Late payments may result in order delays, cancellation, or additional penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Vendoro Global’s liability is limited to the total value of the signed contract.
  • Vendoro is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (see below).
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring product compliance with their local regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Notice

  • All content on this website, including the Vendoro Global name, logo, brand materials, and original documents, is the property of Vendoro Global LLC and is protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
  • Certain images, icons, and videos are licensed from third-party providers and used under valid commercial licenses. Vendoro Global does not claim ownership of these third-party assets.

8. Force Majeure Clause

  • While we carefully vet and monitor third parties, Vendoro Global is not liable for their independent actions, representations, or misconduct outside of agreed contracts.
